Group Lessons

Basic 1: 8 Week course, $250

• Develop structure and control on the leash when in public
• A lot of focus on how to behave when entering the room in a public place. I.e. Vets lobby, Pet store, Groomer, Friends homes etc.
• Teaching owners how to invite their dogs attention and how to hold it so that other commands can be applied.
• Basic commands: name recognition (name game), sit down, sit stay, down stay, place, loose-leash walking, leave it, emergency come when called, wait at doors
• Includes 8 weeks of Virtual Homework in the Last Paw Online Portal

Basic 2: 8 Week course $250

• A lot of explanation and teaching the owner how to control the dog and develop a more neutral control, so that the dog can blend into an environment and encourage calmness in other dogs and people. 
• Raising the expectations of the dog's behavior in public. 
• Strengthening leash walking skills. Creating and maintaining Heel position.
• Work on all 10 items for the AKC CGC Test.
• Strong Down stays.
• Ignoring other dogs in public.
• Dog and owner maintaining composed behavior in public.
• Entering a room while maintaining composure.
• Includes continued access to the Basic Obedience Virtual Classrom in the Last Paw Online Portal
